Spectrograph analysis is carried out on SPECTRO’S spectrometer, in house facilities also include Tensile test, hardness test, carbon equivalent test, leakage test, electronic micro scope as well as our sand undergoes some following tests that includes sieve testing, moisture testing, permeability testing, clay testing and green sand compression testing.
Dimensional accuracies are maintained on VMC and CNC s and also the company has installed modern CAD systems early in the design stage of new components.
In-house and external training programmes enable all employees to have the required knowledge to carry out their functions to the highest level. This training is on going so that standards are continually improved.
The company is keen to assist in the design and initial concepts of new components and is actively involved in multi - party discussions including final customer, pattern makers, tool makers, machinists and foundry quality and methods personnel.
The company can provide finished castings by subcontracting work to company - approved and monitored machining companies. |
